My name is Dexter Bayack, and I’m the founder of See Near Me and a seasoned window tint technician with over 30 years of hands-on experience. My journey began humbly — on welfare, with a newborn son and no clear direction. Thanks to a $100 loan from a cousin, I launched a mobile tinting business that laid the foundation for everything I’ve built since.
I balanced early entrepreneurship with a part-time job as a UPS driver for four years before fully committing to my craft. That decision led to the opening of my own tint shop, which I scaled to over $100,000 in annual revenue in just three years. My work was featured in the New York Daily News, and I’ve tinted more than 50,000 vehicles while consulting for tint shops across New York, Florida, and Texas.
A Shift Toward Innovation
In 2003, I moved to Tampa and later relocated to Houston after the 2007 housing crash. Seeking more scalable and impactful work, I transitioned from automotive services into media and tech, building digital platforms to empower local businesses and creators.

In 2019, I returned to Tampa Bay to support my family and reignited my passion for window tinting. But this time, I approached it differently — using digital tools to overcome the common challenges of customer acquisition and communication.
I built a fully automated tint shop system that includes:
